What is the delivery times?

  • All orders will be shipped within 2 working days.
  • UAE – 2 days via a local courier.
  • International – 7-10 days via Emirates Post registered post
  • If you want an urgent shipment, we look at the cost together.

What is the return policy?

  • We accept returns within 5 business days of receipt of purchase with the original or electronic receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Simply send an email to info@deseneros.com with details of your purchase and the reason for seeking a credit or exchange.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn/unused and sent back by registered mail. Please ensure returned items are packaged securely, as we cannot accept damaged/lost returns
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping cost and currency conversion costs.
  • We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
  • All agreed credits are given as store credit (excluding the initial shipping cost), which you can use to purchase any product from com.

Why my final bill is in Euros ?

We are using PayPal secured payment platform operating in USD or Euros, so even if the prices are indicated in US dollars, Euros or Emirati Dirhams, you will be charged in Euros. You will be charged exactly the price shown in your currency.

How to know which size I need?

BRACELET

Most of the bracelets are mounted on elastic so they are adjustable.

The cuffs are also slightly adjustable as you can squeeze them to make them smaller or enlarge them.

Bangles can be tricky but we made them in average size so they fit most of our customers: check the diameter mentioned in the description if you want to be sure.

If you have a very small or very large wrist, send us a message to info@deseneros.com, whenever possible, we would be glad to customize to your size at no extra cost! 

NECKLACE

Most of our necklace are adjustable so you can make them longer or shorter. The length is also advised in the product description.

How it started

Originally from Lugano, in Southern Italian speaking Switzerland, Stefano has spent the last twenty years travelling extensively throughout Asia, Europe, Africa and Central America.

His passion for design and craftsmanship was first nurtured in Mexico 15 years ago where he studied as a silversmith. He then began exploring different materials including silver, gold and bronze, making jewellery for his wife Angelina. Very soon friends began to request for bespoke pieces and Deseneros was born, the name having Spanish roots in memory of Mexico where the journey began. Stefano is now a member of Tashkeel Studio, a Designer community established by the Sheikah Lateefa Bint Maktoum and works between Dubai and Switzerland.

The Collection

Deseneros collections include rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, all hand-made in our studio. Stefano successfully blends ethnic & nature inspired influences from his many travels with a stylish organic chic aesthetic, resulting in eye-catching artisanal pieces. We only work witth limited editions, to guarantee a unique experience. 

The making process

We are a small family brand and all our designs are carefully handcrafted by the designer, Stefano Bolliger, who works between Dubai and Switzerland. The inspiration usually comes from travelling so the story of a new designs generally starts from a sketch made abroad …

We only use fine high grade materials: leather from Italy, crystals from the SWAROVSKI® company, original semi precious stones (lapis lazuli, amethyst, rose quartz, lava stone) and pearls. The plating used is of prime quality and has passed high fashion brands quality tests. 

Each piece is made in limited number, and each season at least 1/3 of the Collection is renewed to make room for new designs. So if you like a piece, don't wait too much as it could be gone at your next visit!
