SHIPPING

  • All orders will be shipped within 2 working days (except over holiday periods).
  • Local – All local shipments will be made via a local courier.
  • International – All international shipments will be made via Emirates Post registered post and will take 7-10 days to arrive.
  • Personalized orders are ‘Made to order’ and will be shipped within a mutually agreed timeframe.

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not take responsibility for import duty fees, brokerage fees, taxes, custom charges & shipment delay due to customs, if any. These charges are the customers responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

www.deseneros.com shall not be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, international custom issues, strikes or any other circumstances beyond their control.

INCORRECT / INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS

We carefully ship your items according to your billing address. Please ensure that you provide the current, complete and accurate information. If a wrong shipping address is provided, your order will not be refundable if lost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours by emailing info@deseneros.com to advise of the cancellation – unless the product has already been shipped. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 5 business days of receipt of purchase with the original or electronic receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Simply send an email to info@deseneros.comwith details of your purchase and the reason for seeking a credit or exchange.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn/unused and sent back by registered mail. Please ensure returned items are packaged securely, as we cannot accept damaged/lost returns
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping cost and currency conversion costs.
  • We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. 
  • All agreed credits are given as store credit (excluding the initial shipping cost), which you can use to purchase any product from com.
